BACK TO BASICS: “How-To” guide on using our
site to shop your favourite things.

Follow the steps below to make sure you the best experience while shopping with us. If you are still unsure how to shop online, contact us at customercare@gymbeefitness.com and we’ll gladly assist!
1. Finding Your Product
Either navigate to the product category through the navigation menu or use the search bar to search for your product.
You can find the search bar by clicking on the word “Search” on desktop devices or the search icon on mobile devices located on the navigation bar at the top of every page.
2. Adding to Cart
When you’ve found that great perfect fit t-shirt, pick your size and quantity and add the items to your cart by clicking on the “Add to Cart” button located on the same page.
The cart will slide out from the right showing all the items currently in your cart. From here you can click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button to prepare for checkout.
You can also access your cart from any page, simply click on the cart icon located at the top of the navigation bar.

Hint: Need to remove items from your cart?
Click on the cart icon and then click on the “trash can” icon underneath the item you would like to remove.

3. Cart Page
To get to your cart page simply click on the cart icon and then click on “Proceed to Checkout” if you haven’t done so already.
From here you can view your full cart inventory, remove items or increase the quantity.
Your cart total is also displayed here.
To continue to payment options, click on the “Checkout” button.
4. Customer Information
Provide us with your shipping address so we can easily and quickly deliver your parcel.
Click on the “Shipping Method” to continue.
5. Shipping Method
FREE
VS
If your order value is above 75€, delivery is free of charge for Mainland Spain and the “Free Shipping” option will be available for you to select.
If your order is below 75€, delivery is charged at a flat rate of €6.5. for Mainland Spain, The “Standard Shipping” will be the only option available to select.
Hint: Want FREE delivery?
Make sure your order value is above 75€ to qualify for FREE delivery.
6. Payment Methods
Credit Card, Debit Card and PayPal
To pay using your credit card, debit card, select the “PayPal” option (default).
Bank Deposit and Transfer
To pay using bank deposit, bank transfer or via online banking, contact through customercare@gymbeefitness.com
Complete Order
Click “Complete Order” to finalize payment. Follow the instruction on the screen for the payment method you selected.
